Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management, data analytics, business intelligence, or learning technology systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Data Science , Business Administration, or Educational Technology.
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, data structures, and reporting.
- Experience building data pipelines (ETL) and working with large datasets in a cloud environment (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery).
- Experience working within a large-scale B2B, channel sales, or partner ecosystem.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable dashboards and reporting for various cross-functional stakeholders using business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and data-storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into a simple, actionable narrative for leadership.
About the job
As a Partner Learning Platform and Systems Lead, you will be the primary technical owner for two purpose-built systems that power our global partner learning programs. You will sit at a critical intersection of partner experience and back-end infrastructure, ensuring our homegrown technology evolves to meet the shifting needs of our partners and internal stakeholders. You will own our entire data stack and be responsible for the infrastructure and dashboards that answer our most pressing business questions. You will be the go-to-expert for translating complex learning data into clear, data-driven narratives that guide our strategy and investments. You will be the central hub for our training platforms, data, systems, and reporting. You will provide high quality, scalable reporting and tools that empower partner learning and the wider partner organization with actionable insights. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of a high-visibility dashboarding platform for internal and external users, as well as the back-end rules engine that manages authorizations and integrates with other internal/external tools like learning management systems, data warehouses, Salesforce, credential and certification management systems (e.g., Certification Management (CM) Connect, Credly etc). Leading two specialized Vendor teams, you will act as the architect and product owner, translating business requirements into scalable, reliable features.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Act as the lead technical consultant for partner learning and the partner ecosystem stakeholders, translating business objectives into technical specifications, reporting solutions, and platform enhancements.
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for our partner-facing dashboarding platforms and back-end management systems. Design, build, and maintain high-quality, automated dashboards and reports (e.g., in Looker Studio) to track key metrics (e.g., training adoption, certification, program impact).
- Lead two specialized Vendor teams (Developers and Data Analysts) to ensure high-quality code, system stability, and the timely execution of the platform goal.
- Establish and enforce standards for data hygiene, access control, and policy compliance to ensure our systems remain secure and scalable as the partner network grows.
- Oversee the platform integration into internal and external tools like learning management systems, data warehouses, Salesforce, credential and certification management systems (e.g., CM Connect, Credly).
