This role will manage key aspects of the rhythm of the business, assist with executive communications, and help communicate and execute critical global initiatives within the SVP's team.
This role will work closely with internal partners-including the Sales OU's and the COO org-acting as a key liaison to ensuring alignment between central strategy and field execution.
Responsibilities

- Executive Rhythm of the Business: Manage the logistics and content development for the All Hands Call (ATC) and Staff Meetings for the SVP and VP+ leaders. This includes setting agendas, curating guest speakers, and developing high-impact content and decks.
- V2MOM Leadership: Support the end-to-end V2MOM process for the SVP leader, helping to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and effective cascading of goals across the organization.
- Executive Preparation: Assist in preparing the SVP for key internal and external executive meetings, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary insights, data, and talking points.
Program Leadership & Execution

Operations & Analytics
- Sales & Business Reviews: Lead the preparation of content and updates for decks used in high-stakes Sales meetings (e.g., Empowered OU Leader level). You will work collaboratively with Business Partners to ensure standard Customer Success metrics are communicated accurately and leveraged for data-driven decision making.
Required Skills/Experience
