Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or product strategy, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  
• Experience managing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
• Business acumen and knowledge of the YouTube ecosystem.
• Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.

The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Regional Product Activation leads.
• Work seamlessly with Global Product Activation team and the America YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals across Shopping, Responsibility, Music/Podcast, CTV, Creator and Emerging Experiences and Community (EMCO) verticals.
• Synthesize and prioritize regional product feedback and make recommendations on product roadmap to global.
• Collaborate with global product, regional and country teams on pilots, program assessments, and cross-functional engagements to drive market growth and support business plan.
• Initiate, establish and scale initiatives, working with a broad stakeholder set.
