Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience leading the organizational changes or process improvements within the corporate environment.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience managing operations, including budget oversight and performance management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for critical product and user support workflows for Gemini App including social, community, 1:1 support and help center/help guide.
- Partner with the product area on driving forward looking social and community support and insights plans, and with Google One and Operations to evolve our Gemini App 1:1 support pilot into a scalable, differentiated service, to help drive good product experiences for the Gemini products in the AI subscription plans.
- Collaborate with our content team to ensure our self-help ecosystem keeps pace with rapid weekly model updates and is optimized for users.
- Work with Gemini Eng, Ops and our support agent product and engineering team to identify the opportunity and experiment with AI driven chat support.
- Manage a team and be a leader, driving success metrics for the support pillar.
