Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
- 5 years of experience in identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
- 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Certification in relevant project management, such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
- Experience in data center logistics.
- Experience managing operations in multiple locations simultaneously.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$155,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Execute shift assignments during non-standard business hours that will include evening, nighttime, weekends, or holidays.
- Own the day-to-day logistics operations management of multiple data center locations.
- Create, lead, and support cross-functional company initiatives and projects. Manage Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners with associates on their teams dedicated to our account.
- Manage and monitor metrics for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes or improvements. Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives in a changing environment with many interdependencies.
- Manage quarterly budgets, invoice control, and capital improvement projects within your locations. Manage relationships with multiple internal customers at data centers.
