As a Legal Policy Specialist, you will work on tasks within the scope of a policy project that have meaningful impact with direct supervision. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000-$125,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Process removal requests efficiently and accurately, including Privacy issues, Defamation issues, court orders, law enforcement requests and requests from government agencies.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding YouTube's legal removals processes.
• Work within a team to identify and improve processes, operational quality and scalability.
• Assist in developing internal and external educational materials, and in designing new workflows to support the strategic directions of the business.
• Review graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive video content.
