As a member of the team, you will help develop a culture where security, risk, and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching internal communications strategy, including managing All-Hands meetings, global newsletters, and intranet content to keep the team informed and aligned.
- Design and implement initiatives focused on boosting team morale, supporting professional development, and enhancing cross-regional connections to prevent siloed work.
- Establish and manage the internal operational cadence, including organizing and running leadership meetings, tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and coordinating strategic planning cycles.
- Drive strategic backend operations, including managing, monitoring, and setting governance standards for vendor engagements and workflows, processing central contracts, and tracking budget utilization.
- Coordinate and deliver internal onboarding and cross-functional enablement sessions to ensure partner teams understand the team's structure and engagement protocols.
