Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  
• Experience designing, building, or launching consumer-facing products (or end user-facing enterprise products).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.

• Experience with design in video streaming or AI apps.
• Experience in coding or vibe-coding prototypes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$185,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Design and prototype usable, accessible, and beautiful end-to-end flows for upcoming features and new capabilities.
• Learn and use the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) tooling to develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate interactions, transitions, and logic to executive stakeholders.
• Use your creative thinking to solve difficult design problems to ensure Artificial Intelligence (AI) is useful to solving our viewers' problems and assisting with their needs.
• Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver simple and beautiful interfaces to our users.
