THE WORK:

• You'll collaborate with System Management and the Community Services Team, assist with research, creation and administration of water conservation initiatives. Track, analyze, and report on program outcomes.
• You'll partner with H20SAV on water conservation analysis. Collect, organize, and analyze water consumption data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and determine areas for increased conservation efforts.
• You'll provide administrative support across several functional teams.
• You'll participate in community events, workshops and HOA meetings as needed.
• You'll work with Community Services Team Members, develop and update educational materials on water awareness and conservation initiatives.
• You'll provide analysis and assessments of water, reuse, and wastewater use across water utility systems. Collaborate with host governments on for joint water conservation initiatives.
• You'll review and provide recommendations on new and updates to utility water conservation practices, and new water conservation technologies.
• You'll assist drafting reports or presentations to Management, stakeholders, and the general public.
• You'll provide research to cross-functional teams as assigned by management.

Qualification

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Currently enrolled in a graduate program of an accredited college or university, majoring in Environmental Science, Water Resources Management, Civil Engineering, Sustainability, Public Administration, Public Policy, or similar field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in both an office environment, remote, and in the field
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience in public speaking or speaking in small groups is a plus
• Familiarity with local water conservation principles and water-efficient landscaping and Florida-Friendly Landscaping
