You Are:

The Work:

• Design and lead the creation of attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clients' businesses
• Plan, design, and build complex digital roadmaps for manufacturing solutions
• Act as a Digital manufacturing translator bridging business requirements and Digital manufacturing technology enablers
• Create business cases for technological and organizational transformation
• Lead small teams to be responsive and efficient
• Full lifecycle experience in developing and implementing solution in real world environment

Job Requirements:

• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% from time to time depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualification

Here's what you Need:

• Minimum 7 years of experience with manufacturing systems and manufacturing environments
• Minimum 5 years' experience with ERP, MES, PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS integration
• Minimum 5 years real-life experience deploying AI-enabled solutions to manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years real-life experience deploying AWS, Azure, and or GCP solutions

Bonus points if:

• Demonstrated experience with loosely coupled, micro-services platform architectures, containerization (docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
• Expertise in AI/ML framework and cybersecurity best practices (including OT security)
• Experience in architecting for use cases in Manufacturing
• You have communication superpowers (speaking, writing, and listening) and you're passionate about collaboration and teamwork
• You have confidence and poise in spades, and an ability to relate to board level executives
• You enjoy being on the move, visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshops

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
