Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google's functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.
Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.
In this role, you will serve as the Head of our HR Technology Transformation Office, who will drive the overall success of this critical initiative that will help the future of Google. This is a high-visibility leadership position as the day-to-day engine room of our multi-year transformation to re imagine the sophisticated portfolio of first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) products that power Google's global journey.
You will possess a consulting-esque with a proven track record of running large-scale enterprise transformations. You will blend strategic systems thinking, operational empathy with a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to command a room of executive stakeholders with data-driven narratives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $222,000-$309,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Act as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of our HR Technology Transformation, seamlessly integrating work across Product Excellence, Portfolio Delivery, Architecture, and Organization Enablement to ensure a cohesive narrative and flawless execution.
- Own accountability for the cadence, content, and outcomes of all leadership-level reviews (Director to Senior Vice President). Your executive-level communication skills and collaborative nature will be critical to translating complex technical milestones into strategic value propositions.
- Serve as primary liaison between technical and business executive leadership, navigating a complex stakeholder map to lead through influence. Translate technical execution and executive strategy, with deep trust and a strong partnership.
- Design and scale interlinked systems to maximize organizational effectiveness, scalability, and agility while managing maximum business impact.
