About the job
As the Group Product Marketing Manager of Organic Social Growth Marketing, you will be a key leader in shaping the presence of Google Ads across our social media landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing an organic social media strategy that builds a vibrant community of engaged followers, establishes Google Ads in the digital marketing industry, and drives meaningful conversations with our audience. You will lead a team dedicated to proactive community management and be instrumental in distributing our flagship thought leadership content from Think with Google to an executive audience. You will require a creative and strategic leader with a passion for storytelling, an understanding of social media platforms, and ability to grow and engage online communities.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
