Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience in the DevOps space.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
• 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and shaping product direction in a rapidly evolving "0-to-1" product space within organization.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, agent frameworks, or associated platform infrastructure.
• Understanding of open interfaces and best practices in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

You will leverage and extend the One Platform stack to create a seamless ecosystem that enables AI agents and applications to discover, interact with, and manage capabilities including protocol translation, integration, AI protection policies, tool discovery support, life-cycle management, governance, and observability.Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Own Product Requirements Document (PRDs) by facilitating collaboration with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) during product design
• Define the product strategy and roadmap for key components of One MCP such as Tooling and Integration, Governance and Security, Developer Experience, Ecosystem Growth, ensuring alignment with Google Cloud's broader Agentic AI strategy and the recently announced Google Cloud MCP Servers.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and secure buy-in from executive stakeholders across Core, GCP, and AI/ML organizations to ensure One MCP meets various needs and fosters a unified ecosystem.
• Translate requirements (e.g., API transcoding, AI protection via Model Armor, agentic identity, governance controls) into clear product specifications and compelling value propositions.
• Identify market opportunities, user needs, and landscape for MCP tools, encompassing first-party Google services, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) customer services, and third-party integrations.
