Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
• Experience in cloud platform, policy systems, compliance, and regulation.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
• 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
• 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
• 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
• 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Define and advocate a cohesive, differentiated product strategy and long-term goal for Google Cloud Security Platform portfolio, capitalizing on opportunities in Compliance, Security, Identity, and Agentic AI. Evolve the platform to be AI-ready.
• Collaborate with Engineering to establish and execute against a product roadmap designed to scale the business significantly, effectively managing multiple products.
• Build relationships with key internal partners to ensure identity and security solutions meet workload needs. Drive effective collaboration with external partners.
• Partner effectively with Go-to-Market teams to define clear GTM strategies, enable the field, provide channels for customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth and adoption.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the Cloud Security Product Management team, building upon their current successes to unlock greater potential, foster innovation, and meet the demands of this high-growth space.
