Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience in cloud platform, policy systems, compliance, and regulation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.

In this role, you will require an understanding of AI/ML, Agentic systems, Zero Trust, Cloud Platform, Policy Systems, Compliance, and Regulation. You will also require close collaboration with engineering, GTM, internal and industry stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define and advocate a cohesive, differentiated product strategy and long-term goal for Google Cloud Security Platform portfolio, capitalizing on opportunities in Compliance, Security, Identity, and Agentic AI. Evolve the platform to be AI-ready.
- Collaborate with Engineering to establish and execute against a product roadmap designed to scale the business significantly, effectively managing multiple products.
- Build relationships with key internal partners to ensure identity and security solutions meet workload needs. Drive effective collaboration with external partners.
- Partner effectively with Go-to-Market teams to define clear GTM strategies, enable the field, provide channels for customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth and adoption.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Cloud Security Product Management team, building upon their current successes to unlock greater potential, foster innovation, and meet the demands of this high-growth space.
