Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within software as a service (SaaS) or a related area.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Outbound Product Management for a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology product.
- Experience working with executive level internal and external clients/partners, representing the company.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with groups such as Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Partnerships and Commercial Teams, brokering trade offs with stakeholders and understanding their needs.

The Workspace Outbound Product Management (OPM) team's mission is to drive customer success in support of key business goals for customer acquisition and product adoption.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Present product goals, strategy, and roadmap to customers, analysts, press, and at industry events.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, engaged intelligence, and market trends to inform the product roadmap and prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Sales, Public Relations (PR), and Training) to ensure successful, synchronized launches and sustained market adoption.
- Act as the primary product expert for sales engagements, strategic partnerships, and customer executive briefings.
- Work closely with sales leadership to analyze pipeline and win/loss data to identify market trends and adapt Go-to-Market strategies as necessary.
