You Are
We are seeking a visionary HR Functional Leader to spearhead our HR transformation through the strategic implementation of Data, AI, and agentic technologies on Google Cloud.
The Work
This role is pivotal in reshaping our HR processes, enhancing the employee experience, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with a deep understanding of HR, cloud technologies, and the transformative potential of AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for leveraging Google Cloud's Data, AI, and agentic capabilities to transform HR functions. Partner with senior leadership to align HR technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Data & Analytics: Oversee the design and implementation of a modern HR data architecture on Google Cloud.
- Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning to generate insights into talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- AI & Agentic Transformation: Lead the integration of AI-powered agents to automate and optimize HR workflows, from recruitment to employee support. Champion the use of generative AI to create personalized employee experiences and streamline content creation.
- Change Management: Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes across the HR organization and the wider business. Develop and deliver training programs to upskill HR professionals in data literacy and AI-powered tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, data science, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of HR technology projects. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage the best-in-class solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams. Conduct workshops and presentations to gather requirements and provide solution updates.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational cloud governance frameworks, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
Here's What you Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology (or a related field) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with cloud-based HR technologies.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its data and AI services.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing AI and machine learning solutions in an HR context.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
