Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• 12 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing sourcing including experience in foundry pricing models, wafer cost structures, and packaging logistics.
• Experience in category or commodity management, contract negotiation and supplier development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technical or engineering field or MBA.
• Experience negotiating complex Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and capacity guarantees with key semiconductor manufacturers.
• Experience guiding silicon products from initial Tape-Out (NPI) through to high-volume ramp and sustaining production.
• Experience sourcing EDA tools and commercial IP (e.g., ARM, Synopsys) for internal design teams.
• Sourcing experience specifically for 2.5D/3D advanced packaging (CoWoS, Info, etc.) and complex substrates.
• Proven track record of enabling COT (Customer Owned Tooling) or Hybrid-COT models, managing direct commercial relationships.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
