Description

- Experience collaborating with Agency Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), and the Florida digital service (FLDS) to inventory legacy software estates, define cloud-first migration plans, and build legislative budget request (LBR) business cases.
- Track record of aligning technology solutions to drive measurable outcomes for Florida cabinet-level departments and high-impact state agencies.

In this role, you will serve as the primary Field Sales Representative for the State of Florida Government market. You will collaborate with extended teams to devise strategies to acquire and modernize specific executive-branch segments. You will also educate agency leadership and IT stakeholders on the opportunities within the Florida public sector to enhance citizen services and operational efficiency.
You will serve as the primary architect for our partnerships with highly strategic statewide agencies and cabinet-level departments. You will focus on the stewardship of a premier state showcase account, ensuring our solutions align with Florida's enterprise standards and legislative priorities. You will be expected to navigate governmental ecosystems, align our technology with agency missions and legislative budget requests (LBRs), and secure long-term, statewide adoptions. This role is crucial in balancing high-level diplomacy with the aggressive expansion of our footprint within the Florida state government.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$200,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the long-term growth and digital transformation strategy for a portfolio of the State of Florida Government.
- Establish and maintain high-level partnerships with Agency Secretaries, Chief Information Officer (CIOs), and Chief Data Officers to align technology solutions with the Governor's priorities and specific agency missions.
- Navigate the Florida long-range financial outlook and annual legislative cycles, facilitating technology adoption that supports legislative budget requests (LBRs) and statewide policy initiatives.
- Orchestrate internal resources to deliver multi-year agreements that comply with Florida procurement standards and leverage statewide procurement vehicles.
- Act as the primary lead for flagship state accounts, providing white-glove service and positioning successful deployments as Florida-first models for other state entities.
