About the jobIn this role, you will join the team as a Program Manager for the GPS go-to-market organization to propel our U.S. public sector growth strategy. You will operate within a highly scaled GPS GTM business that relies on people, processes, programs, and partners to generate high sales productivity and meet our growth goals. As a highly skilled professional, you will guide day-to-day rhythm for managing sales teams, manage OKRs and expertly co-ordinate cross-functional owners of programs, enablement and analytics.Google Public Sector brings the magic of Google to the mission of government and education with solutions purpose-built for enterprises. We focus on helping United States public sector institutions accelerate their digital transformations, and we continue to make significant investments and grow our team to meet the needs of local, state and federal government and educational institutions.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000-$218,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage the SLED territory business quota, overseeing business managed by Temp/Vendor/Contractors.
- Develop and execute a programmatic sales strategy for the SLED Territory (SMB) business.
- Develop and execute sales plays to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
- Partner directly with the Channel/partner organization to co-develop GTM sales plays, bill of materials and product/solution offerings.
- Serve as a critical team member of the GTM and SLED organizations, acting as the connective tissue across GTM leadership team and critical imperatives.
