Salesforce is looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven marketer to support our Exec Experiences program at key global events. In this role, you will support our demand generation and registration efforts that create meaningful connections between C-suite executives and Salesforce, ultimately driving and accelerating pipeline growth.
We are looking for an event marketer who thrives in a fast-paced & high-growth environment, has superior organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross functionally with other internal stakeholders and balance resources effectively.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the Exec Experiences team with demand generation and registration operations in order to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Cross-check reports and nominations for customer attendees to ensure proper qualification and strategic alignment with event objectives
- Assist in execution of audience acquisition strategy, building registration pages, sending invitations, and managing invitation campaigns for select Exec Summit & CxO Experiences
- Responsible for the development, distribution, and monitoring of registration reports weekly
- Work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking and attention to detail, as well as high-speed tactical execution
- Ensure best practices documentation is created and adhered to for reuse
Required Skills / Experience
- 4-7 years of event marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with audience generation for executive events
- Demonstrate strong proofreading and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across diverse sets of stakeholders
- Exceptional project and time management skills - highly organized and detailed focused with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple projects
- BS or BA related degree, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Rain Focus and/or Splash
- Ability to travel as needed

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $117,400 - $177,600 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
