Join the Technology, Execution and Debug team as the Xeon Change Control Board (CCB) Lead. In this challenging role, you will be accountable for product change control with a viewpoint not only of a single Xeon product, but the extended Xeon roadmap. You will work with key stakeholders and experts including architecture, design, firmware, validation, foundry, manufacturing product and quality engineering, platform, business unit and marketing to evaluate all SOC CCB change requests. You will schedule and drive the scoping and implementation plan, secure cross-functional sign-off and track through implementation. Additionally, you will drive development of CCB processes and methodologies for DSE products. You will perform as a CCB leader and be accountable for the execution and development of other CCB leaders who will:
• Engage a broad ecosystem of stakeholders to create a multigenerational process of managing change-control for all Xeon products.
• Manage changes to hardware, firmware, software and documentation in a structured and consistent manner across multiple programs
• Lead CCB meetings and solicit stakeholder involvement
• Assess ROI, feasibility, cost, impact, and risk levels of proposed changes
• Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams and stakeholders
• Make formal decisions for multiple projects in tight coordination with program plans, guardrails and leadership.
• Communicate changes and intercept plans, especially when rejected changes re-align to newer projects.
• Escalate decision making to executives for strategic or high scope/high-cost changes
• Drive proper processes and accountability for CCBs (incoming and outgoing). Behavioral Traits:

• Utilize knowledge to work through organizational and change request specific roadblocks accelerate project completion
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, including presenting to executive audiences
• Skilled at developing material and tuning it appropriately for the audience and presentation objective
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in engineering and 15+ years of experience in:
• Cross functional program management
• CPU post-si manufacturing, validation, power and performance, quality and reliability process
• Design and validation processes and methodologies
• Product planning and strategy
• Technical concepts, architecture, systems, software, firmware, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in complex semiconductor technical program management or change management. Experience interacting with highly diverse functional teams including customer and business unit needs, CPU component manufacturing, SOC/IP design and validation, firmware development, system validation, and quality/reliability

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $220,920.00-311,890.00 USD
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
