- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in digital advertising, sales operations or business strategy.
- Experience leveraging or assisting brands to navigate AI-powered creative or generative tools in order to supply assets to drive advertising campaign success.
- Experience presenting to large groups with the ability to craft a story with data and influence an audience.
- Familiarity with Google's suite of first-party creative products (Veo, Gemini, etc.) and the third-party creative supplier landscape.
- Ability to take initiatives and be a creative problem solver who can grow in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to effectively multi-task regularly with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Americas Product Go-to-Market (AMER pGTM) works with various partners and stakeholders to deploy ad products that drive advertiser success and Google's growth. As the bridge between Product and Sales, we play a critical role in understanding and advocating for advertiser needs, setting the go-to-market strategy, and bringing to life plans with sales.
As Creative Regional Product Lead, you will support the strategy to empower advertisers with products and services needed to improve the effectiveness of their ads. You will be the primary creative product point of contact for front-line sellers, specialists and executive leaders besides liaising with internal product (GPS), marketing and operations teams.
As the home to some of Google's largest advertisers, this role is charged with positioning the Americas to lead from the front by unlocking new business opportunities through creative variety and excellence, leveraging both in-house first-party products and outside third-party suppliers. In this capacity, Americas YouTube Creative Product and Service Leads provide Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) with strategic, investigative, and commercialization support for scaled offerings across YouTube and Display. This includes, but is not limited to, automated asset generation in Google Ads, Asset Studio, preview tools, creative specs, third-party creative offerings, and incentive programs.
In this role, you will partner closely with global product teams (GPS) to develop and maintain our product suite, as well as GTM counterparts globally to execute annual go-to-market strategies. You will also collaborate with Creative Works and sector-level specialists to ensure local teams are equipped to drive product adoption and business growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison to ALCS sellers responsible for driving awareness, commercialization and activation of scaled creative products.
- Lead regular forums with sector-level creative leads to ensure sector creative activation strategies are aligned to GTM objectives and key results and best-fit models, helping to track and report on progress towards annual goals, providing critical product updates and orchestrating creative incentive and feedback programs.
- Activate trainings, events and authors scaled communication to educate ALCS sellers on how to best activate new offerings with their customers.
- Manage operations of creative incentive programs meant to accelerate brand usage of third-party creative and AI partners including training, tracking, contracting, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive future creative product development, identify market-level feedback/product gaps, scale communication efforts, define adoption objectives and key results and establish value propositions.
