This is a fixed-term opportunity lasting approximately 12 months, with the potential for extension subject to the approval of both parties.
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting a variety of communications disciplines, including media relations, analyst relations, executive communications, and employee communications. The ideal candidate will have experience in communications coordination, content creation, or project support roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support communications efforts across multiple disciplines.
- Create, edit, and summarize content to ensure clarity and audience appropriateness.
- Gather and analyze relevant data to inform and enhance communications strategies.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in any of the following:
- Communications coordination, content creation, or project support roles.
- Writing, editing, and summarization experience.
- Supporting a range of communications disciplines including media relations, analyst relations, executive communications, and employee communications.
- Fluency with modern productivity tools and experience using AI in day-to-day work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English or related.
- 3+ years of experience:
- Supporting communications for technical or semiconductor related organizations.
- With enterprise communications processes and governance.
- Translating technical or complex concepts into clear, audience appropriate content

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
