The Contract Associate Manager is part of our Legal and Commercial Services. Our professionals bring innovative ideas to commercial reality with a focus on maximizing value for all parties through a deep understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks. We work alongside Accenture sales and delivery teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle to provide high-quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support contract management teams across projects and accounts.
• Collaborate with account leadership and client stakeholders to align on priorities and objectives.
• Provide input into performance management activities for contract management staff.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues.
• Participate in pre-award sales activities and support contract drafting and deal shaping.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience of contract management or legal experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts concurrently.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and resolving contractual risks.
• Proficiency in commercial contracting regulations and principles.
• Capability to communicate effectively with client executives at all organizational levels.
• Professional certification such as WCC membership.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and global teams.
• Leadership and team-player mindset with persuasive communication.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools.
• Knowledge of subcontracting practices and risk mitigation strategies.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
