You Are:
You are a seasoned Management Consulting Manager with a deep, balanced understanding of the Communications & Media industry, Software & Platforms, or High Tech sectors, spanning telecommunications and communication service providers (CSPs), the core media ecosystem (broadcasting, publishing, entertainment, and digital streaming platforms), global technology providers, and platform-driven businesses.
Dynamic and passionate, you thrive on driving innovation and delivering exceptional results within the rapidly evolving landscape of connectivity, media consumption, cloud computing, SaaS, cybersecurity, and intelligent platforms-with a keen focus on the disruptive potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Holistic Industry Expertise: Staying abreast of critical industry trends-from 5G/6G monetization and infrastructure transformation to subscription growth strategies, ecosystem partnerships, and the convergence of hardware and software-you leverage these insights to develop cutting-edge strategies for clients across connectivity, content, and technology platforms.
AI and Digital Transformation: You possess strong knowledge of AI trends, recognizing its power to fundamentally change operations and customer engagement.
- For Telcos: You advise on leveraging AI for network optimization (e.g., predictive maintenance, capacity planning) and enhancing the customer experience (e.g., advanced AI chatbots, hyper-personalized offers).
- For Media: You guide clients on utilizing Generative AI for content creation and curation, improving personalization for streaming and advertising, and driving efficiency in content supply chains.
- For Software & Platforms and High Tech: You enable clients to apply AI for product innovation, hyper-personalized user experiences, intelligent edge solutions, IoT optimization, and advanced analytics to unlock new revenue streams and improve resilience.
Strategic & Execution Excellence: A strategic thinker and execution expert, you excel at crafting comprehensive strategic plans and translating them into actionable, results-driven roadmaps. You are adept at optimizing network rollouts for Telcos, developing direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform strategies for media companies, enabling platform scalability for SaaS offerings, and driving go-to-market strategies for High Tech leaders.
Versatile Engagement Leader: You thrive on diverse, high-impact engagements, helping clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic and operational goals, such as market entry, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across sector boundaries, ecosystem expansion, content licensing optimization, and achieving operational efficiency through automation.
Leadership & Relationships: As a relationship builder and team leader, you foster strong client relationships across the entire value chain and empower teams to achieve peak performance.
Qualification
Here's What You Need:
- Minimum of 6 years combined professional experience working in Consulting and the Communications, Media & Technology industry
- Minimum of 4 years experience advising growth, competitive agility, enterprise transformation or digital transformation initiatives
- A Bachelor's degree
- Experience at a consulting firm
- You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools
- You are a published thought leader in the Communications, Media & Technology industry
