Your leadership will help us scale and evolve our operations, whilst always transacting with excellence to meet our customers' needs and ensure Microsoft Runs on Trust.As Transact Enablement Manager (TEM) for Commercial, you will be part of the Global Transact Services team, ensuring executional excellence and scaling our Commercial Quote to Cash operations. You will partner closely with multiple business groups including Vendor Operations, Field Operations, Partner Operations, and other internal stakeholder teams, to ensure Commercial revenue is processed and reported compliantly and on-time.
This is a pivotal role which will allow you to develop your skills in prioritisation & judgement, stakeholder engagement & influencing, communications (up to CVP level), problem solving & continuous improvement.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working within a highly matrix-driven multinational organization, exhibit solid organizational, communication, and analytical skills, and have a strong customer focus.

Qualifications:
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- Strong business knowledge and ability to set clear expectations around business outcomes within a fast paced global multi-site operation
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Proven experience of influencing across groups, managing individuals both directly and indirectly to achieve a common goal, with ability to work across cultures effectively
- Demonstrated change and project management skills
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with a keen understanding of how to drive results
- Demonstrated skills in relation to dealing with ambiguity and applying judgement
- Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture (be both broad and deep)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (open, confident communicator effective in senior levels of engagement)
Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
Execution Excellence & Program Management
- Leverage data and performance metrics to monitor performance and demonstrate business impact. Communicate Commercial operations performance status & health to relevant stakeholders, including up to CVP level.
- Work with other teams (e.g., Vendor Ops, Field Ops, Partner Ops, other internal stakeholder teams) to ensure processes are rigorous and executed efficiently. Hold stakeholders accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans and processes.
- Manage and maintain the relevant rhythm of business (ROB), ensuring participants and stakeholders are communicating and responding according to the necessary cadence.
Planning, Evaluation & Improvement
- Collect and evaluate data analytics, KPIs & insights to monitor business health, identify risks and mitigations plans and ensure activities align with business objectives.
- Drive an environment of continuous learning & continuous improvement to streamline, optimize, strive for simplification and scale; collaborating with others to identify and align on opportunities to improve performance, priorities and outcomes
- Influence stakeholders and gain buy in, to define and then drive strategy to execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influence others to change behavior accordingly.
- Provide key insights from a Transact Services perspective into listening systems for future enhancements of policy & capabilities to enable a more streamlined transaction engine
- Support and contribute using data and business insights to forecasting for capacity planning and to inform the business on emerging trends to stay current, agile and competitive. Collaborate with others to understand overall business goals, objectives and strategies, as well as short- and long-term business priorities
