Key Responsibilities:

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements and technology integration.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Implement best practices in business process design to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required.
• Advanced proficiency in DevOps is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design, Business Model Strategy, Agile Framework, and Groovy (Programming Language) is suggested.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in DevOps
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design, Business Model Strategy, Agile Framework, and Groovy Programming Language
• Associate or bachelor's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
