Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in construction safety management.
- Experience in data center or other environmental health & safety.
- Experience with EHS construction and subcontractor management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Safety Professional certificate or other applicable EHS certifications.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working in operational data centers with a focus on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with construction program management including basic construction contracts.
- Knowledge of implementation of safety programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and problem solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ownership of the CSRM-EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.
- Ensure that contractors deliver on program safety performance expectations and contract requirements providing timely solutions to issues.
- Monitor, advise and assist the construction project teams to protect people, environment and ensure compliance.
- Drive a culture that embraces a continuous learning approach and aligns with organizational strategies including goals and objectives.
- Liaise with the wider Construction and DCOps EHS teams to ensure best practices are fully and completely implemented, progress reported, trends and data captured, analyzed and risks mitigated to an acceptable level ensuring that the operational capacity of a live data center is not compromised.
