Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design.
- Experience in transistor-level schematic design, layout, simulation, and verification.
- Experience with device physics and manufacturing processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience in Python or SystemVerilog for scripting, data analysis, functional modeling, and exploring system-level tradeoffs.
- Experience releasing high-volume, high-performance analog and mixed-signal products into a production environment.
- Experience with laboratory characterization, chip debugging, and silicon manufacturing test.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to define, develop, and productize differentiated application-specific integrated circuits.
- Own the specification, architecture, design, simulation, and production planning for new mixed-signal circuits and features.
- Oversee silicon system integration, verification, characterization, and qualification for internally built integrated circuits.
- Oversee physical design and guide mask designers to create high quality layout.
