You thrive in dynamic environments where you can shape curriculum strategy, support sales initiatives, and stay at the forefront of AI's rapidly evolving technical and business applications. - Serve as a backup subject matter expert (SME) for sales teams on technically-focused AI training, especially training for software developers and DevOps professionals.
- Design and oversee development of courses covering AI strategy, governance, ethics, change management, and business value realization
- Stay current with AI trends, business use cases, regulatory developments, and organizational best practices for AI adoption
- Identify market opportunities and gaps in the current portfolio, recommending new courses or updates to meet evolving business needs
Qualification
Here's What You Need:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with AI technologies in a business context (implementation, strategy, governance, or change management)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching, training, curriculum development, or instructional design for professional audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
