Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C/C , Java, Rust).
- Experience designing and developing platform features in one or more programming languages (e.g., C/C , Java, Rust).
- 5 years of experience in the design and development of Autofocus (AF) or Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) systems.
- Experience in technical leadership, setting technical direction, and guiding a cross-functional team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with the development of control algorithms for AF/OIS systems.
- Experience with the testing, calibration, and validation of AF/OIS systems for high-volume consumer electronics.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing projects and driving cross-functional teams to deliver on a product roadmap.
- Demonstrated expertise in system-level (SW/FW/HW) co-design and co-optimization for performance, power, and manufacturability.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Conduct testing on code and design code for easy testing.
- Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and clear irrelevant or outdated content.
- Set up or improve test/monitoring/survey infrastructure or processes to ensure code health and consider system maintainability and scalability over time.
- Triage product or system issues and debug by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality, track and resolve bugs, and communicate blockers with stakeholders and other engineers.
