The US base salary range for this full-time position is $77,000-$110,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately managing confidential information as necessary.
- Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies. Serve as a lead or manager for small projects.
- Facilitate internal communication across different teams and projects. Serve as a key point of contact for site-related information and questions.
- Work closely with public affairs managers to build relationships with the local community.
