























Description
Reporting to the IT Manager, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of the organization's software and computer systems.
Responsibilities will include:
• Configuring, upgrading, refreshing, and maintaining the organizations' desktops, servers, and networks.
• Reviewing and refreshing policies on a regular basis.
• Implementing, improving, and enforcing the security policies of the organizations systems.
• Coordinating and scheduling off-hours maintenance periods for OS updates, software updates, migrations, etc.
• Evaluating and proposing solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Managing technology projects in-house or working with vendors to oversee and complete projects.
• Advising and training staff on new systems and/or security policies.
• Assisting staff with technology issues.
Required Skills:
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent IT Certificaons
• Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
• Microsoft Exchange (on-site and Microsoft 365)
• Hypervisor (VMWare)
Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of desktop support and systems administration.
• Previous experience working in a CPA firm, Law firm, or similar organization preferred.
• Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 Administration and Citrix (remote applications and VDI) are a plus
